TollywoodTalented Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor‘s Kabir Singh is doing wonders at the box office and has become a cult in such a short span of time. The audiences, especially the youth are watching it more than once. The film is an official remake of the Telugu film, Arjun Reddy. The film was released in 2017 and exploded the Tollywood box office. Many other such big hits Tollywood films have been remade in Hindi, who have then gone on to being highly successful. This 2011 released film starred John Abraham and Genelia D’Souza in lead roles. The film did well at the Box Office. John and the debutant, Vidyut Jamwal received plenty of praise for their work. The film was a remake of the film “Kaakha Kaakha” which was released in 2003. In 2016, the sequel of Force, “Force 2” was also released at the Box Office and it managed to do reasonable business at the Box Office.

Starring Akshay Kumar and Shruti Hassan in the lead roles, it is a remake of the 2002 released film Ramanaa. Ramanaa was directed by the legendary Tollywood director “A.R. Murugadoss”. Ramanaa has been remade in other languages like Telugu, Kannada, and Bengali as well. Gabbar was released in 2015 and turned out pretty good at the Box Office. Akshay Kumar received immense praise for his work by the critics as well as the audience. 





Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, Ghajini is a remake of the Tamil film “Ghajini”. Directed by Muragadoss only, the film was released in 2005. The Hindi version of Ghajini starred Amir Khan and Asin and was the first Indian film to collect more than 100 Crores at the Box office. Amir Khan also wrote the climax of the film, which was a little bit different from the original version.




HolidayHoliday: A Soldier is Never Off Duty

Released in 2014, Holiday starred Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles and was a huge hit at the Box Office. Another film which was a remake of the A.R. Muragadoss film “Thuppakki”. Thuppakki was released in 2012 and was a huge Tollywood film at that time. Holiday was also directed by A.R. Muragadoss. Akshay Kumar was also nominated for Filmfare Best Actor at the Filmfare Awards for his work in this.




TollywoodNo Entry

The 2005 released multi-starrer, No Entry is one of the best comedy films that are there in Hindi Cinema. A huge success, the film was a blockbuster at the Box Office. It was an official remake of the Tollywood film “Charlie Chaplin”, which was released in 2002. The film has been remade in many languages and is one of the all-time greats of Tamil Cinema.
